Installed this last weekend. I followed the instructions very carefully and slowly as I had never done anything like this before. The instructions were well written and appreciated the photos with each step. Scary pulling trim off but everything went the way it should and all went back together.
Small bit of feedback: The black cord that goes from central locking to the fuse could be a few cms longer so it could be better hidden.

Bought this to install in my neighbours Jimny, wouldn't have been too keen on cutting and soldering wires in a new vehicle that's not mine so this plug and play kit made it very easy to install.

Took maybe 30-45mins from start to finish.

Would've like to have seen the fuse in the unit itself for ease of access in future, but I'm sure they have their reasons for it being where it is, and maybe the power wire being another 20cm longer to get that optimal route through the under dash space.

Instructions were pretty clear although I'm not sure if it's intentional, but they were a pain to print out from the online hosting page.

Regardless the unit works as intended, and they now have a vehicle that is how it should have come from the factory.

Solves a frustration I've had with the Jimny from the beginning. If you have a modern car with electric folding mirrors, why do they not just fold in when you lock the car.

Easy installation, removing a couple of trim panels and attaching a plug wiring harness or two inbetween some plugs. Hardest thing is needing small hands to feed a single cable through.

Now that it folds in automatically when I lock the car, I can now use that as a quick visual indicator if the car has been locked or not!
