T&C’s

Payments:

Visa and Master Card are the default payment methods; with an option to pay by EFT all orders paid by EFT will be shipped once funds have cleared, generally 2 working days.

Payment is required at time of purchase.

Shipping:

Your order will generally be dispatched the same working day as of receiving payment provided it is received by 11.00am CST.

Domestic orders will be sent by Australia Post, Parcel Post Service with tracking, you should expect to receive between 4-5 working days. Items may take longer to arrive for regional and remote areas.

International orders will be sent by Australia Post Standard Parcel Service with tracking, signature on delivery and insurance, you should expect to receive between 6-7 business days.

If Express Post or alternative method is required please contact us before placing your order.

Trac Electronics will not be held responsible if the item goes missing from your requested point of delivery.

Delivery has been deemed completed once Australia Post has marked the item as being delivered, via their MyPost tracking platform.

Returns:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and receive a refund (once the items have been returned) the shipping cost is not refundable.

You can return a product up to 14 days from the initial date of purchase.

Any products returned must be complete and in the same condition you received it.

Product that has been installed is not returnable, unless there is a manufacturing fault.

Return postage is to be paid by the buyer unless the item delivered is not the same as advertised or is faulty, then return postage is refundable by Trac Electronics once the item has been returned and assessed by Trac Electronics that it is faulty or item has been incorrectly sent.

Any products that are to be returned must first receive an authorisation number with an agreed cost of postage.
