Suits all N80 SR models without factory one touch auto window open/close operation.

Once installed to any of the passenger’s window switches, to operate simply tap the existing switch once and the window will fully open or close without the need to keep holding the window switch in position.

Manual operation is still maintained, hold the switch to operate the window and release at any time for the window to stop.

Once fitted to the passenger’s window switch the corresponding window switch on the drivers master window switch becomes full one touch auto for that particular window, enabling the driver to have full one touch auto function at their fingertips in addition to the passenger.

Remove the trim around the factory switch then it’s a simple plug and play installation, just unplug the existing window switch connector and fit the Y patch harness between the factory connector and window switch in place.

Description

Module Function: 

Transforms a single passengers window switch and the corresponding window switch on the drivers master window switch to full one touch auto operation.

One module operate one window so three modules would be required if wanting all passengers windows to be auto up/down

The patch harness is fully 100% direct plug & play connecting to the factory window switch connector, so no splicing or connecting to any individual wires is required.

Fast installation as the door panel is not required to be removed, just the trim around the window switch.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Our system uses current sensing to operate the window regulator, it does not use anti pinch so if a object is in encountered between the window and door frame the window will stop. Once the obstruction has been removed the window switch can be reused to continue window movement.

The window lock switch on the master window switch can still be used to isolate the passengers windows from operating.

If your windows are not functioning properly (very slow at opening or closing) our system will not be suitable as it will detect over current due to the window regulator working harder than it should stopping the window movement.

 

System includes:

  • Auto one touch window control module (to transform one passenger’s window switch to one touch auto)
  • Y patch harness with full 100% direct plug & play connectors (no splicing wires required)
  • Adhesive pad (hook & loop) to attach module to inside trim.

Tools Required:

  • Trim removal tool.

The door panel is not required to be removed simply pry up the window switch fascia with a trim tool then disconnect window switch connector and fit the included Y patch harness.

  • Affix the supplied hook and loop adhesive tape to the back of the module
  • Connect patch harness to the window connector and window switch
  • Affix module to a smooth surface
  • Refit window switch fascia.

Operating features: 

  • Hold window switch up or down for manual control from the passengers or drivers master window switch

    Window switch functions normally – window stops when the switch is released.

  • Tap the window switch once to initiate full auto window operation from the passengers or drivers master window switch

    Window will automatically close / open without the need to keep holding the window switch.
